INTRAMURAL SEASON -  The Spring season ended Sunday June 7 with Trophy Day.  We thank everyone for a successful season and look forward to seeing everyone again in the Fall.

Franklin Square Raiders Summer Camp - The Raiders will host a summer camp from August 17th to August 21st at the Washington street school in Franklin Square.  The camps is being run by JIGS soccer Academy.  Click here for more information and the Camp Flyer.

REGISTRATION   The Raiders, for the first time, will be introducing reversible uniforms for all divisions. The uniforms will have the FSR patch on both sides and have one white side with black printing and one red side with white printing. Parents will be able to purchase a complete set which includes one reversible shirt, black shorts and socks from Sports Loft on Jericho Turnpike for the discounted price of $35. The players will be able to use them for as long as they are in the program. Another uniform will only have to be purchased when it no longer fits, so plan accordingly.
      In addition, the Raiders are proud to announce that we will now supply training to our Division 1 Coed and Girls teams. Each week all teams, in groups of two, will be scheduled to partake in a training session run by a club supplied trainer and participate against each other in a scrimmage run by the coaches.
     These are exciting new changes which we hope will add to the Raiders legacy of providing top notch soccer at a fair price for the entire community. So get your application in now and don’t miss this thrilling opportunity to participate in the Raiders great soccer program.
      The Franklin Square Raiders will hold Fall 2009 season IN PERSON registration on Sundays May 31st and June 7th at the Sewanhaka fields from 9:00 to 1:00 PM. We will also have it on June 11th at 7:30pm at the Franklin Square Library. Registering IN PERSON will save you $10.00 off the one season fee.

The Franklin Square Raiders are proud to announce that the U-10 Boys Fury, U-10 Girls Force, U-14 Girls Fireballs, U-15 Girls Comets and U-16 Boys American Eagles received the LIJSL 2009 Fall Season Sportsmanship Awards.  In addition our U-11 Boys Revolution won the Chevron Bronze.  The FSR believe that this is an amazing accomplishment and we are proud that the value of good sportsmanship shows through our kids, parents and coaches.  Congratulations to all the teams.
